Mr. Deagle has been employed in the Building Services Industry since 1970 and joined MCW Consultants Ltd. in 1991. As managing partner of the Vancouver Electrical Department, Mr. Deagle brings over 35 years of experience to the MCW team to ensure that the route to a completed project is as effortless as possible for our clients. He has developed a number of innovative designs as they relate to lighting, lighting control and natural light, using high speed networking of the BAS, occupancy, and daylight controls. Other specialties include Emergency power, UPS, data center and other facilities requiring very robust reliability.

Mr. Garfinkel offers over 20 years of National award winning electrical engineering experience in the cultural, recreational, educational, commercial, and institutional sectors. Mr. Garfinkel prides himself in his excellence for healthcare, entertainment and other special use areas as well as custom lighting designs and illumination techniques. His MBA degree has enhanced his electrical engineering degree, and has allowed him to provide comprehensive management support for several large and sophisticated commercial, institutional, and municipal projects. Mr. Isaak is a recipient of the University Of Manitoba Faculty Of Engineering Gold Medal. He has been active in the electrical industry since 1976 with involvement in electrical construction, achieving a journeyman license; in ownership an electrical contracting firm and in working for several electrical engineering consulting firms, joining MCW Consultants Ltd. in 1999. Mr. Isaak’s practical experience, attention to details and commitment to client satisfaction and to design excellence all contribute to delivering successful projects, throughout the entire design and construction process.

Mr. Jantzi holds a BASc in mechanical engineering from the University of Waterloo. He has been providing mechanical and electrical consulting engineering services for commercial, institutional, industrial and residential projects since 1982. Mr. Jantzi is registered as a professional engineer in multiple Canadian provinces, is a designated Consulting Engineer in the province of Ontario, is a full Member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers and is an Affiliate Member of the Association of Registered Interior Designers of Ontario. In addition to his position within the MCW Group of Companies, Mr. Jantzi teaches in the Architectural Science Program at Ryerson University

Mr. Kuri gained practical design experience in the consulting engineering field as a graduate engineer in base building mechanical systems, which included load calculations, ASHRAE compliance regulations, equipment selection, life safety systems, plumbing systems, building automation, tender documentation and site supervision. John is now a manager of Energy Performance Contracting, in charge of all aspects including auditing, design, contract administration and program management.

He is active in local business development and marketing, as well as participating in several corporate committees. A trained electrical engineer with MCW since 1997, Mr. Lord has completed a diverse range of projects constructed across Canada and abroad. Mr. Lord takes particular pride in offering clients his thoughtful and multi-disciplinary perspective to their design challenges, and continues to maintain a busy schedule as project manager on numerous client projects.

Mr. Loucks, a Partner in the MCW Group of Companies, develops and leads energy conservation and building renewal programs with the aim of improved building performance. From strategy formulation to implementation, Mr. Loucks is involved in all aspects of project delivery. Another key area of focus for Mr. Loucks is integrating sustainable and 'green' building technologies in new and retrofit applications.

Mr. Rabnett is a co-founder and Executive Partner MCW Custom Energy Solutions Ltd., and a Director of the MCW Group of Companies. As an architect by training, he has a special interest in building performance and finding innovative cost effective ways of creating better buildings. He helped to spearhead the diversification of MCW Consultants into the Energy Management Services and Performance Contracting industry throughout Canada in the early 1990’s and more recently in piloting international energy services partnering initiatives.
In this capacity, Mr. Rabnett has gained wide experience in developing, delivering and structuring financing for Energy Management Services in a variety of sectors, including Institutional, Commercial, Municipal and Industrial Clients.

As the Senior Mechanical Partner in the Winnipeg Office Mr Reaburn is responsible for business development, quality assurance, and client satisfaction for all of MCW/AGE Consulting Professional Engineers mechanical engineering projects. Steve is also the lead Manitoba and North Western Ontario contact for MCW Custom Energy Solutions.
Steve is a strong advocate of Green Design and utility reduction strategies for both new and retrofit construction. He frequently attends symposiums and conferences as a speaker promoting energy efficiency and improved mechanical design practices.
